This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect the personal data of our customers, prospective customers and website visitors, in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2017 on the Protection of Individuals' Personal Data (the "PDPL") and its implementing regulations.
By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our moving services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact information: full name, phone number, email address and postal address, provided when you request a quote or book a service.
- Move details: origin and destination addresses (including emirate and community), preferred move dates, type of service requested (residential, commercial, packing, storage, furniture installation), and a description of the items to be moved.
- Payment information: billing details required to issue invoices and process payments. Card details are never stored by us and are processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment partners.
- Identification documents: where required for building access, customs or storage purposes (for example, a copy of your Emirates ID or passport), collected only with your explicit consent.
- Communications: records of your calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and form submissions, so we can respond to enquiries and provide support.
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7 below).
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases, as permitted under the PDPL:
- Consent: where you have given clear and specific consent, for example when you submit a quote request or provide identification documents.
- Contract: where processing is necessary to perform a contract for moving services that you have entered into with us, or to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.
- Legal obligation: where we are required to process your data to comply with UAE law, regulatory requirements, or to maintain records for tax and invoicing purposes.
- Legitimate interests: where processing is necessary for our legitimate business operations, such as improving service quality, ensuring the security of our crew and your belongings, and defending against claims — provided your rights and freedoms do not override those interests.
How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide quotes, schedule moves and deliver our moving, packing, storage and furniture installation services.
- To communicate with you about your booking, including confirmation, reminders and updates on the day of the move.

- To maintain health and safety records, including incident reports, in line with UAE labour and safety regulations.
- To improve our services, website and customer experience, and for internal training and quality assurance.

Cross-border transfers of personal data outside the UAE, where necessary, are carried out in accordance with the PDPL and only to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection or under appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Specifically:
- Customer booking and move records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with UAE tax and record-keeping requirements.
- Quote requests that do not result in a booking are retained for up to 12 months for follow-up and analytics, then deleted.
- Identification documents collected for a specific move are deleted once the move is complete and any legal retention period expires, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Website usage data is retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months.
When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
